Today everyone getting more and more from central Govt, the pay scales are reviesed day by day for those only who are going on strick, like doctors, Egn. Stanographers, Technical staff etc. But what aboout the administrative staff personal who work hard and confidential, and they are well qualifited,
L.D.Cs are well qualifited but they get minimum pay or equal pay as class -IV employee and the promosion chennel is also not satisfactory.
it is to request you to kindly also consider the pay scales and promotion chennels of the L.D.C and all administrative staff of central Govt of India. Please. for making better condition of work.
